Nightclubs in Dubai - Your ultimate guide

Above Eleven Dubai is launching IRO, a new Friday night brunch and the venue’s first-ever. It kicks off on Friday 16th October 2026 at the West Palm rooftop. The night brings together dinner, drinks, music and live entertainment. It’s a colour-led Nikkei experience made to kick-start your weekend. IRO means “colour” in Japanese. It is a series of Nikkei dining experiences. Each chapter follows a different colour, drawing on the landscape, ingredients and mood it stands for.

The first chapter is IRO 01: ANARANJADO/DAIDAI, The Orange Journey. Think summer, fire, citrus and the Peruvian coast. Add the orange glow of sunset over Above Eleven. More chapters are coming. VERDI/MIDORI, The Green Journey, takes its cue from the Peruvian Andes, herbs and farm-to-table produce. AZUL/AO, The Blue Journey, is all about the sea, fresh catch and umami. Each one promises a different look, taste and mood for your Friday night.

IRO Friday Night Brunch Menu: What to Expect at Above Eleven Dubai

Every Friday night, the IRO story starts the moment you arrive. Guests get a Pisco cocktail and a photo with Gloria, Above Eleven’s famous llama. Next, it’s off to the table for a sharing-style Japanese-Peruvian menu. It starts with a Chefs Platter of Chirashi Ceviche and Hotate Gunkan, plus nigiri and maki rolls. Then come the starters, Habla Causa and Tempura Salad. Three mains follow: Grilled Red Snapper, Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin and Roasted Pumpkin. The night ends with an IRO Dessert Platter picked by the Chef.

The colour story carries into the glass. Above Eleven created a special cocktail menu for IRO, and each drink fits the theme. The Naranja Sour mixes Pisco Quebranta with mandarin, citrus, naranja cordial and egg white. Kyoto Bloom is a lighter pour of jasmine-infused gin, crystal strawberry-yuzu cordial, Prosecco and soda. Oasis is for rum fans. It adds Fernet-Branca, passion fruit and cinnamon. Blossom No.11 combines vodka, lychee liqueur and lemongrass cordial, topped with soda.

A night brunch goes beyond the table, and IRO keeps the energy up all evening. Dancers, a live DJ and a percussionist set the mood from start to finish. Above Eleven’s much-loved Pisco Race also moves to Friday nights. Guests go head-to-head to shake, pour and drink their own Pisco Sour. The bartenders guide every step of the contest. At 10.30PM, the IRO Ritual brings the whole venue together for a group photo. Then the AFTER 11 Rooftop Party takes over from 11PM to 1AM on the terrace and lounge. Brunch guests can add free flow drinks for two more hours at AED199. Guests joining from 11PM pay AED299 for the same package. Entry is first come, first served, and there are no advance bookings. From 1AM to 2AM, drinks switch to à la carte.
