Long Yin Restaurant was designed to embody China’s authentic heritage with its imperial art motifs invite guests to celebrate the Year of the Tiger and Chinese New Year on February 1st from 6 pm to 11 pm with a specially curated selection of festive dishes.
Each remarkable dish has been designed to reflect the culinary traditions of the many different regions of China, ranging from Cantonese specialities to tantalizing Shanghai dishes.
Marking the beginning of the lunar calendar, Chinese New Year is the most anticipated festival in Chinese culture as friends and family reconnect and share precious moments. The Year of the Tiger marks a positive symbol of strength and bravery, beginning on February 1 this year.
In celebration of the auspicious occasion, Long Yin Restaurant will throw an exquisite soiree for one day only. Guests can expect to be enthralled by its harmonious blend of flavours and eclectic entertainment that is sure to deliver an exquisite experience, recreating the rich culinary diversity of China's vast topography.
Emphasizing the importance of social dining, the Chinese restaurant in Dubai offers a one-of-a-kind buffet-style dinner that caters to all tastes, beginning with a live cooking station filled with Peking Duck and Beef Vietnamese Style. For starters, diners can enjoy two spectacular soups, Chicken Wonton and a Hot & Sour soup with shrimps, and main courses such as Steamed Hammour with vegetable in soya sauce and Crispy Chicken Chinese Style.
To commemorate this special occasion guests dining at all Le Meridien outlets will have the chance to be a part of the festivities, Le Meridien will spread the cheer throughout the promenade with brightly coloured red lanterns hung on the trees and traditional Live Lion dance performance making its way through the boulevard.
The entertainment does not end there, as Chef George Chee will perform a live noodle show at the Long Yin restaurant terrace.
