Fogo de Chão (fo-go de shoun) is a dining experience like no other, with a truly unique steakhouse atmosphere in Dubai from the Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil.
Our menu features chicken, beef and lamb seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted over an open flame to capture their flavour. The savoury cuts are presented on skewers and carved tableside by our authentic Gaucho chefs. The meats are complimented by a 40+ item gourmet Market Table.
Traditional side dishes of warm cheese bread, fried bananas, crispy hot polenta and seasoned mashed potatoes are automatically brought to each table and replenished throughout the meal. We currently have 57+ thriving locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil & Middle East.
