Jumeirah Al Naseem-Madinat Jumeirah
Venue Info
Inspired by the city’s old Bastakiya neighbourhood, Madinat Jumeirah was designed to capture the spirit of Dubai. The team responsible for creating the resort was encouraged to visit Dubai Creek and the Al Fahidi historical neighbourhood to take ideas from the water ways, abras, architecture, wind towers and labyrinth of narrow alleyways which date back to the 1890s. The end result was Madinat Jumeirah, an authentic recreation of old-world Arabia which officially opened in October 2004. Renowned for its outstanding beauty and authentic Middle Eastern architecture, the 3km of meandering waterways have become a defining feature. Guests can explore the resort on the traditional abra boats and discover why Madinat Jumeirah is the jewel of Dubai.
Devoted to crafting memories out of experiences, Madinat Jumeirah’s modern-day interpretation of old Dubai combines four distinctive hotels with picturesque environs, award-winning restaurants, exhilarating activities, never-before-seen nature experiences and an indoor bustling souk. Set on a 2km private beach, the Arabia theme is reflected across the entire resort, which is interconnected by 3kms of waterways and landscaped gardens, further emphasising the natural beauty of the region.
Whether you’re staying at the contemporary Jumeirah Al Naseem, palatial Jumeirah Al Qasr, intimate Jumeirah Mina A’Salam or the summer houses at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, for guests of Madinat Jumeirah it is all about discovery and exploration.
