So much more than an afternoon tea, ‘Turtle Tea by Idriss B’ highlights the importance of marine conservation. A multi-sensory journey that draws attention to the conservation of these magnificent creatures, Turtle Tea by Idriss B will begin from the moment guests arrive with one of nine new members to his eminent Art Collection on display in the hotel lobby. Inspired by these stunning artistic creations and a personal passion for the environment, Pastry Chef Julien Jacob will serve up a thoughtfully crafted vegan afternoon tea with a delicious assortment of savoury and sweet treats, using locally sourced ingredients, where possible. Perfectly paired with a pot of fine loose-leaf tea, freshly brewed hot or iced gourmet coffee, or a glass of wine or champagne.
