The casino component is expected to be larger than that of Wynn Las Vegas, and further details are anticipated to be released later this year. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Avenir Medium';">The resort will also feature a theatre hosting unique productions and daily light and laser shows. Construction work has already commenced for the resort, which is estimated to cost an astounding USD 3.9 billion (AED 14.32 billion) and is scheduled to open in 2027.&nbsp;</span></p>
