<h3 dir="ltr" style="line-height: 2;">Tang Town offers an exquisite selection of dishes representing China&rsquo;s six out of the eight major culinary regions &ndash; Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Fujian, Shandong and Jiangsu cuisines. Whether it&rsquo;s the bold flavours of Sichuan or the delicate dishes of Cantonese cuisine, each meal is crafted with care and precision.</h3>

The ingredients, such as Sichuan chilies and Hunan spices, are sourced directly from their respective regions to maintain the authenticity of every dish.

There&rsquo;s tableside service, where one of their signature dishes &ndash; Barbecued Wagyu Beef &ndash; which is marinated for four hours in a special char siu sauce infused with aged xianghuang from Chaoshan, is prepared right before guests. It is then served with pineapple and garnished with aged xianghuang, this dish offers a refreshing, palate-cleansing flavour. It is a signature creation by the chef, who blends Chaoshan elements into a classic recipe, making it truly original.
