<h3 style="line-height: 2;">Another day, another tower in Dubai and this time it's a seashell-shaped tower worth AED 1.8 Billion coming to make The Palm Jumeirah its home; Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded the contract for the construction of the exclusive residential tower Como Residences to ALEC Engineering &amp; Contracting LLC, whose reputation precedes them in terms of high-value projects delivery.</h3>

The seafront property draws inspiration from the island water that fronts it, the curvy lines are meant to reflect the patterns of a seashell.

<h3 style="line-height: 2;">Scheduled for handover in Q2 2028, the 75-storey residences will stand over 300 metres tall and offer just 81 residences, ranging from two-to seven bedroom apartments, including a spacious duplex penthouse. There will be only two apartments per floor, which will provide an exclusive lifestyle for residents, served by access-controlled elevators leading to private lobbies.
