The restaurant will be helmed by the acclaimed Chef Kyung Soo Moon, a South Korean national, born&nbsp;and raised in Seoul, with over 24 years of global culinary expertise, including his work at celebrated&nbsp;restaurants such as SUSHISAMBA, ATTIKO Dubai, and Sachi.
