Dubai Restaurant Week returns this May, inviting residents and visitors to explore the city&rsquo;s vibrant dining scene through specially curated menus at exceptional value. Taking place from 1 to 17 May 2026, the highly anticipated event brings together more than 125 participating restaurants, representing over 25 global cuisines. Be it refined fine dining destinations or premium casual favourites and standout homegrown concepts, the lineup reflects the depth and diversity of Dubai&rsquo;s culinary landscape.

Diners can expect set menus that highlight signature dishes and seasonal creations made just for the occasion, offering a chance to experience some of the city&rsquo;s most talked-about venues. Many of the participating restaurants have earned recognition from globally respected guides such as MICHELIN, Gault&amp;Millau, and MENA&rsquo;s 50 Best Restaurants, making this edition a strong showcase of quality and creativity across the emirate&rsquo;s ever-evolving food scene.

 Each dining experience is centred around a two-course lunch priced at AED125 and a three-course dinner at AED250 per person, giving diners access to signature dishes from some of Dubai&rsquo;s most in-demand restaurants. These set menus are crafted to highlight standout flavours and concepts, making it easier to explore a wide range of cuisines while enjoying strong value across the city&rsquo;s diverse dining landscape.

 The line-up features menus from more than 30 MICHELIN Guide-listed restaurants, including a one Michelin-starred venue. Guests can expect creations from globally recognised chefs such as Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay, Izu Ani, Alvin Leung, Akira Back, Kelvin Cheung, and Hadrien Villedieu. Alongside these international names, standout homegrown concepts are also part of the experience, including Girl &amp; The Goose &ndash; Restaurante Centroamericano by Gabriela Chamorro, adding further depth to this year&rsquo;s programme.
