Staying true to its roots, the award-winning design studio L&aacute;zaro Rosa-Viol&aacute;n has incorporated key design features that echo the original Paris location. Taking inspiration from the enchanting streets of Paris with their sinuous lines, range of heights and rich historical tapestry, a signature blue takes centre stage alongside copper tones, juxtaposed with bamboo and rattan accents representative of Bar des Pr&eacute;s&rsquo; East Asian influence.

The signature Crispy rice, tuna, salmon &amp; yellowtail, and the Chef&rsquo;s favourite, Crunchy crab &amp; avocado galette is the perfect start, followed by Black cod, caramelised with miso, baby spinach and sesame, or Breaded &lsquo;volaille des landes&rsquo; chicken, sriracha mayonnaise, and the indulgent Charred A4 Japanese Wagyu entrecote, barbecue sauce. As thoughts turn to dessert, elaborate creations that honour Lignac&rsquo;s original training as a master pastry chef, feature a Vanilla Mille-feuille with pecan praline and a showstopper tower of Profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
