<p style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-family: 'Avenir Medium';"><span style="font-weight: 400;">CARBONE first opened its doors over a decade ago in Manhattan and quickly became known for its delicious classic Italian dishes like veal parmesan and linguine vongole. Since then, it has become a go-to spot for big names like <em>Victoria Beckham,</em> </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, and Drake.</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Now, CARBONE is ready to bring its star-studded charm to Dubai.</span></span></p>

While we don't know the exact opening date yet, it's expected to welcome guests in </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">early 2025.</span></em></span></p>

One of these is Dinner by </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Heston Blumenthal</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">, which was named the</span><strong> best restaurant of 2024.</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> The addition of CARBONE will make the dining experience at Atlantis the Royal even more special for Dubai's food enthusiasts.</span></span></p>
