With a striking worth of Dhs850 million, the Bvlgari Lighthouse residential tower's construction on Jumeira Bay Island has been announced. Inspired by the elegance of the world-renowned Italian jeweller Bvlgari, Dubai is housing the 27-storey tower overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The completion of this tower is expected around the second half of 2027 as constructions themselves won't be initiated until marine works on the seahorse-shaped island are done, which is undergoing and soon. So luxury extravagants can look forward yet to another architectural jewel.
Designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the Bvlgari Lighthouse is made up of four and five-bedroom luxury penthouses but the real highlight is shed on the eight-bedroom Sky Villa to nestle on its top three levels.
Here's a more in-depth idea about the Sky Villa: think of expansive private rooftop gardens surrouding it with outdoor living spaces, a private pool and lounge areas on either side of the building. Let's have a sneak peek into the future:
The Lighthouse will neighbour the Bvlgari Resort Dubai on the island; this includes the world’s first Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club...
As well as state-of-the-art swimming pools, landscaped gardens, private parking spaces, dedicated storage facilities and a host of dining options on-site. With private beaches all across the island and fine dining options.
Reflecting Bvlgari’s values of unrivalled craftsmanship and timeless elegance, our most exclusive new address is set to elevate the standard for luxury beachfront living at Jumeira Bay Island and maintain Dubai as a destination of choice, said Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate- who partnered up with Dutco Construction for the execution of the Bvlgari Lighthouse Residential Tower.
