Let me dish out some highlights from my latest escapade:
First up, the Oceanic seaweed symphony (Seaweed Salad) – a fresh, zesty kickstart to my culinary adventure. It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth, minus the fireworks. Light, yet so darn flavorful, it's the kind of appetizer that makes you wonder why you ever bothered with anything else.

Then there's the Cream of mushroom soup – usually, I'm wary of anything that resembles a thick, creamy sludge. but JUYI's rendition struck the perfect balance, delivering rich flavor without overwhelming the palate.
Luxurious foie gras fantasy
Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the Luxurious foie gras fantasy (Think Foie gras nigiri). Most would typically shy away from liver dishes, and I was skeptical (You either do it right, or not do it at all). However, one bite of this foie gras nigiri changed everything. The combination of flavors is simply exquisite, with each element meticulously balanced. Trust me, even if you're not a fan of liver, this dish may just convert you.
Classic cheesecake
You didn’t think I’d forget dessert right? I had the mango mochi ice cream, and a classic cheesecake. I may be bias, but I will always go for a cheesecake. Like everything else, it was surprisingly light in the stomach for a cheesecake, but really packed flavours.
While my personal favorites stole the spotlight, I'd be remiss not to give a shoutout to some other culinary contenders that graced my table at JUYI:
The Golden fried shrimp – crispy, crunchy, and downright addictive. It's like a flavor explosion in every bite, with just the right amount of crunch.
Then there's the Farro salmon fusion, and the Japanese sweet shrimp – sweet, succulent, and oh-so-satisfying. But wait, there's more – the Truffle tuna temptation. Need I say more? It's truffle. It's tuna. It's temptation in its purest form.
And how could I possibly overlook the Ramantic encounter? With a name like that, how could you resist? And let's not forget about the Tokyo love unagi – tender, melt-in-your-mouth.
Finally, the Pan-fried silver cod – a worthy runner-up to the foie gras, with its delicate flavors and melt-in-your-mouth texture. It's seafood perfection on a plate.
