Surf Club is thrilled to host the highly anticipated Derun duo for their last edition of the season on Sunday, May 14th!
Derun, a talented Turkish duo, blends traditional instruments with electronic sounds, resulting in an organic house/downtempo style. Their approach to music interpretation is unique, as they aim to transform the universe's story with music, concentrating on sophisticated, multicultural electronica with undefined layers and a deeper level of expression, resulting in a universal experience that invites you to dance.
Joining Derun on the same day is Murmusica, a resident and curator of Before Sunset Beach in Çeşme, Turkey. His fusion of downtempo rhythms, moving electronic textures, and ethno-organic instrumentation creates a lucid ritual, inspired by his memories of influences from Brazil, Mexico, Africa, and the Middle East.

Join us for the last Vagabond session of the season at Surf Club featuring the renowned DJ and producer Kaz James on Saturday, May 27th. Kaz James has collaborated with top names such as DJ Tennis and Guy Gerber and has become a regular at Ibiza's closing parties. His annual event, 'That Party,' has become one of the most sought-after dance events in Melbourne. Kaz has performed at several prestigious events such as Coachella and is scheduled to perform at Burning Man and BPM Festival.
His new single, 'Trip The Light,' released on Nic Fanciulli's 'Saved' label, is a balearic anthem that solidifies Kaz James as a true innovator of minimalistic beats.
