To coincide with its 1st anniversary, The Theater presents the latest season in an ode to the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. The Guy Manoukian curated show kicks off on the 10 th of October with a much-anticipated line-up including “The Liberty Show Vol 2” by Yousra Mohsen.

A new season means a delectable new menu by head chef Fotis Pastras, consisting of gorgeous dishes such as; The Theater salad with baby spinach, watermelon, blueberry, feta cheese and almond flakes combined with a rich and flavourful honey and tahini dressing. For those who seek a seafood variety, opt for the octopus tentacle with creamed potatoes, confit tomatoes, Kalamata olives and smoked paprika. Another notable creation on the menu is the Pan Seared Foie Gras with a light and buttery pan brioche, onion chutney, and a sweet touch of fresh figs. The pumpkin ravioli with Taleggio cheese fondue, crumbled amaretti, black truffle and the rack of lamb with lamb potatoes, sweet pea casserole and lamb jus will transform your gastronomic journey.
