After the immersive success of Vivek Singh’s Cinnamon Bazaar, which residency was extended to almost 7 months, it is time to give space to the brand’s second concept – The Cinnamon Club, an institution in the world of Indian fine dining. The original modern Indian restaurant in London has a long history of serving innovative and creative Indian cuisine in a magnificently majestic setting.
The Cinnamon Club in Dubai will redefine modern Indian cooking, leading the charge with a stunning new menu of contemporary Indian cuisine created by Chef Vivek Singh and Head Chef Kamini Jha, which combines some of the Cinnamon Legends from the highly successful Cinnamon Collection in London, including the original Cinnamon Bazaar and Cinnamon Kitchen dishes.

The restaurant's long-established take on game classics and delicately spiced fish remains, as do signature dishes, tasting menus with seasonal options, and celebratory sharing dishes with Cinnamon Collection ingredients that are carved and served table-side for two to six guests. A cocktail menu promises an exploration of tastes with signature famous cocktails.
Vivek Singh, Executive Chef and Founder of The Cinnamon Collection, comments: “We are delighted to see The Cinnamon Collection concept succeeding in Dubai. We're thrilled to be able to introduce our second restaurant, The Cinnamon Club a Park Hyatt Dubai. I'm looking forward to welcoming a new group of diners when we reopen in September.”
