Taking place on every last Thursday of the month, each experience will be dedicated to different episodes, with the first episode, ‘Omakase,’ kicking off on August 25 th. Priced at AED 899 per person, diners can take a seat at Akira Back’s uber-stylish sushi counter and leave it up to the chef, as they take guests’ taste buds on a delicious culinary adventure - Akira Back style.
Offering a premium Sake pairing experience, Omakase, meaning ‘up to the chef,’ is guaranteed to surprise and delight diners with three delicious starters, followed by a 12-piece sushi set, miso soup and the sweetest dessert.
