<p>Beyond taking each and every guest on a sensorial adventure, <strong>Chef Izu</strong>&rsquo;s menu at the <strong>new DIFC restaurant</strong> aims to encapsulate the generosity and care the Middle East region is well known for. Each dish has been designed to create meaningful experiences with carefully selected ingredients and rigorous cooking methods used to combine traditions with a contemporary approach.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>All the <strong>Alaya Dubai</strong>'s dishes call on the magic of fresh herbs and spices, prime meat and seafood; many different kinds of nuts including pine, pistachio, almond and sesame; as well as freekeh, pulses, and plenty of squeezes of lemon, whose presence in middle eastern&nbsp;and Mediterranean cuisine is required as much as sunlight. Spices such as cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, cardamom or the lemony flavours of sumac also all leave their distinctive signatures.</p>
