The event features the first-ever licensed Ice Bar in all of GCC, serving one-of-a-kind cocktails in collaboration with Beluga.

Expect to be in awe while walking into a striking simulation of an ice castle. Guests will find their way into the main attraction, the Ice Bar, which is destined to become a must-try experience in Dubai. Guests can marvel at the icy décor and capture a great deal of perfect Instagram moments while sipping their favourite drink in a frozen glass. Don’t worry about the below-freezing temperatures; guests will be greeted with a very posh faux fur coat for an unforgettable VIP experience.
Love a raw bar to dine in? Guests can now indulge in the new signature dishes from The London Project’s raw bar including Hokkaido Scallops, Hamachi, Black Angus Tartare, Scottish King Salmon, Oysters of the day & Flash Blanched Prawns. Make sure to pair it with the coolest Pink As Flamingo Rosé or one of our favourite Beluga beverages to be granted free access to the Ice Bar. The event will also raise awareness about some fascinating wild animals: the polar bears.
The London Project becomes an active advocate for the protection of one of the world’s biggest, most vulnerable species and their habitat through ongoing support to the International Polar Bear Organization. Guests can be randomly gifted a symbolic Eco-adoption certificate of cubs or mature polar bears to keep forever.
