Food aficionados are sure to be familiar with the award-winning Japanese-born French and Italian trained Head Chef with multiple culinary awards and accolades throughout his illustrious career. Chef Hide has held the honour of serving numerous American presidents while stationed at Washington’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel.


Previously at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, Chef Hide Yamamoto brings elegant and well-executed plates ranging from sushi and sashimi to charcoal-grilled meats, fish and vegetarian options.
