The weekend is almost upon us and that can only mean one thing: it’s time to start planning your night out! We bring you our weekly listing of all the international artists in town this week, so you can spend more time partying and less time planning.
This French powerhouse of talent will be making his way to Base Dubai on Thursday, the 17th of January. With residencies in iconic clubs such as Saint Germain Zurich, Whisky Mist London and Gotha Cannes, Remy has also been sponsored by some famous brands around the world including Christian Audigier, Royal Dragon Vodka and Sennheiser. He had also played at the first Ultra Japan music festival last year. This super talented DJ will be playing as part of BASE Lyfe, so make sure you don’t miss this one!

Considered to be a ‘savior’ of the house and techno style made popular by DJs such as Sasha and John Digweed, Jeremy Olander will be taking over the decks at Soho Garden on Thursday, the 17th of January. Having released a number of tracks on one of the most popular labels in the world – Drumcode – the Swedish DJ has also been approached by electronic heavyweights such as Digitalism, Henry Saiz and Dosem for remixes. The party starts at 10pm but it’d be worth getting there early, so you don’t miss a single minute of this awesome night.

London-based electronic trio Disciples will be performing at The Penthouse on Thursday, the 17th of January. Currently signed to FFRR Records, these three friends from South London have been working behind the scenes for artists such as Afrojack and Ms. Dynamite. Having recently emerged on their own, their sound is a distinct combination of house and garage with a sprinkle of uplifting beats. A powerhouse of talent, these guys sing, write, produce and perform their own tracks. Should be a great night!


Calling all hip hop fans! The legend himself 50 Cent will be performing at Base Dubai on Friday, the 18th of January. The man behind hits such as “Candy Shop” and “In Da Club” has come a long way since the release of his debut album “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” in 2003. The album was a massive success, selling 9 million units. But the rapper shows no signs of slowing down just yet; last year, Fiddy signed a deal worth $150m with TV network Starz. With his rhymes and stage presence, this seems like a night worth looking forward to!

The award-winning house DJ Josh Butler will be behind the decks at Soho Garden on Friday, the 18th of January. With his many hit releases on prestigious labels such as Noir, MTA and MadTech, Josh has been continually supported by big names in the industry such as Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Heidi and Steve Lawler. Having achieved further recognition in the form of awards such as DJ Mag Award 2014 and Beatport Award 2014, Butler has now become a force to be reckoned with. Make sure you catch him in action this weekend!

One of the biggest names to have emerged from Germany’s electronic music scene, Steve Bug will be taking center stage at Blue Marlin Ibiza on Friday, the 18th of January. Known for his minimal tech house sound, Steve has been at the forefront of re-inventing the genre. This became even more evident with the release of his first album, ‘The Other Day’ which further showcased the talented DJ’s knack for experimentation. Now, you’ll have a chance to watch Steve create magic as part of The Zoo Project at Blue Marlin. Don’t miss it!


If you’re a fan of techno and electronic music, you’re going to love this one! Oliver Huntemann, the German techno guru, will be heading down to Playa Nomade on Friday, the 18th of January for what promises to be an exciting night! Having been in the spotlight for years now, Huntemann’s music is easily identified with electronic heavyweights. His label, ‘Ideal Audio’ has been running strong since its launch back in 2009. Known for a string of hit releases and remixes, you can be assured this is going to be a big night!

Having played all over the world, Jay Medvedeva is all set to spin magic behind the decks at Soho Garden on Saturday, the 19th of January. With residencies in places such as Nomad, Deeper Sounds and 6am Ibiza Underground Radio, Jay’s music has been received well across the globe. She’s also been featured as a guest DJ at several festivals including Cannes, SX Music, We ARe FSTLV, etc. You can now catch this super talented DJ in action as part of Tulum nights at Soho.
