Top EDM artists and celebrities spotted ringing in 2013 at XS nightclub
It was a New Years weekend for the record books as the worlds top DJ talent gathered at XS nightclub in Las Vegas to make dance music history.

Friday night kicked off the four-day weekend with Tiesto leading the charge. Recently named one of the 25 DJs that rule the Earth byRolling Stone, he has racked up countless achievements from Grammy nominations to securing the record for the largest single DJ show in U.S. history. Alongside opening DJ Deniz Koyu, Tistos set launched the weekend with incredible energy.
Night two of the extended weekend featured music by the Swedish House Mafia super group member, Steve Angello. The owner of the acclaimed Size Records label and Size Matters brand did not disappoint as Angello is no stranger to throwing a massive party and bringing an epic vibe to the dance floor. He was joined by Size Records Third Party who have opened for Swedish House Mafia at the Masquerade Motel parties in both Miami and Ibiza. Fellow EDM stars Afrojack (following his set at Wynn Las Vegas Tryst) and Calvin Harris (following his set at Surrender) joined the party as Angello played into the early hours of the morning. The trio gathered for a photo opp and Angello playfully climbed on a table to be taller than the two DJs, known for their height.
Whether it be shattering performance records, dropping critically acclaimed albums like his latest >album title goes here< or gracing the covers of magazines, fans can always count on the eccentric deadmau5 to create the ultimate vibe for holiday weekends at XS. Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough and former champion Apolo Ohno, plus deadmau5s recently engaged fianc, Kat Von D, were among the familiar faces to take in the set from backstage. In a surprise much to the crowds pleasure, Skrillex jumped on stage with Chris Lake for an impromptu performance.
It could be said that 2012 was the year of Avicii, from Super Bowl commercials to reaching the #3 spot on DJ Mags Top 100 list. Thousands packed the club for this performance, with opening by Sultan & Ned, and even more tuned in across the country as it was broadcast live on Sirius XMs BPM channel. He played a 4.5 hour set and kept guests partying until sunrise to revel in 2013 the best way dance fans know how.
