This is my night, and it’s filled with irresistible little pleasures. That first sip of ice-cold ‘Mademoiselle Margarita’. A taste of rich, delicious Truffle Pasta. That moment when my favourite song starts playing, reminding me to find the magic in life’s softest moments. 


Join me every Thursday from 7-11pm for ‘Ruby’s Night’ – my signature ladies night where you can enjoy a main course with free-flowing wine and cocktails for AED 120 while the resident DJ and skyline views make for the most charming evening. 


This ladies’ package features delicious French-Japanese cuisine with some of my favourite mains like Truffle Pasta, Pan-Seared Chicken and Uramaki. For AED 40 per dish, you can add a starter from a wide selection of tasty bites like Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke, Chicken Sando, Fried Calamari and Burrata Tartine.

Brought to you by the team behind Iris, this cocktail bar draws from the elegant simplicity of a Parisian sidewalk café in its charming décor and warm sense of community. 
 
Not only is Ruby Ru inspired by the stunning city I’m from, but it’s also perched on a beautiful outdoor terrace with 180° views of Dubai Creek and its infamous skyline. 
 
As for the menu, it combines some of my favourite things in the world with French-Japanese cuisine and signature cocktails using the finest spirits.
