Taking place on Wednesday 25th December, from 12:30PM until 4:00PM, the celebrations promises to be a feast for the senses. Guests will be treated to a dazzling array of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavours, expertly crafted to elevate the holiday mood. The thoughtfully curated menu features seasonal delights alongside signature SUSHISAMBA favourites, including refreshing Guacamole, zesty Peruvian Corn Salad, and exquisite Salmon Tiradito. The live sushi and robata stations offer fresh Nigiri Sushi, Maki Rolls, and Anticuchos, while main courses highlight luxurious options like Australian Angus Tenderloin and delicate Black Cod, paired with vibrant sides such as Crispy Cassava and Char Grilled Broccolini.
