Zuma is hosting an exclusive, dreamlike desert pop-up at the Ritz-Carlton RAK

As the iconic DJ Armin Van Buuren headlines the newly-launching concert series Seven Wonders on Thursday, October 24, the renowned restaurant Zuma will be opening its desert pop-up at the Ritz Carlton, in Ras Al Khaimah! This is going to be one eventful, magical night in RAK and we are thrilled about it!

 

With a double-base in the UAE, between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the exquisite Japanese fine dining restaurant adds the beautiful emirate of RAK to the list and promises all guests and fans, its iconic modern Japanese izakaya experience in the heart of the desert, and for a limited time. As of October the 25th and until April the 30th, guests will have the opportunity to savour signature dishes such as the celebrated miso-marinated black cod, alongside an array of contemporary Japanese favourites, all while enjoying the breathtaking desert vistas.

 

The best part is that both in-house guests of the resort and diners from outside can enjoy the Zuma Ras Al Khaimah pop-up experience, fueled by the Backdrop beauty of the Arabian desert and flavors of the iconic Japanese Izakaya menu.

 

 

 

 

Here's a little 101 on the Zuma RAK menu; it is comprehensive and alluring. Dishes are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavours and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. There is no set protocol on ordering from the menu; izakaya style means that dishes are designed to be shared at the table! Quite the experience.
