Positioned as a serious world-class cocktail bar, Celeste will feature a comprehensive day tancocktail menu, including both low ABV and non-alcoholic, as well as a bespoke bottle menu and champagnes by the glass.

The energy levels will increase and decrease depending on the time of the day, during early evening the experience will be expected to be more loungy, transitioning at dinner to a more dynamic atmosphere with the highest energy peaking from around midnight until closing time.
