Designed for sharing, the TOTÓ Iftar menu features a selection of antipasti, a choice of main course, and indulgent desserts, offering a unique Italian twist on the Ramadan dining experience.

 

 

 

 

Starting off, savor signature dishes like Saltimbocca alla Romana with veal, bresaola, and sage butter, as well as Burrata from Puglia, served with tomato carpaccio.

 

New additions include the Focaccia Iftar, a flavorful selection accompanied by creamy hummus, rich tapenade, and delicate stracciatella, along with Vellutata di Lenticchie, a comforting creamy lentil soup.

 

 

 

 

For mains, the menu offers a selection of TOTÓ classics, including Polletto alla Cacciatora, a succulent roasted baby chicken..

 

..Raviolo TOTÓ, freshly made and served in a rich tomato sauce with Grana Padano cheese, basil, and Datterino tomatoes, or Spigola Grigliata, pan-seared seabass with eggplant caponata.
