Signature dishes such as the carpaccio di branzino, Bottoni Salvia, bistecca alla fiorentina, and artisanal pinsa selection showcase the rich flavors of the region. The drink menu, featuring fine wines, bubbles, and bespoke cocktails, enhances the Mediterranean dining experience.
