The Rooftop Restaurant in Dubai held a special occasion by teaming up with Classic Fine Foods UAE, a gourmet fine food supplier in Dubai for an incredible event for handpicked guests for a chef gathering and dinner on Sunday, 13th of December 2020 in Dubai.
The event was coined ‘Chef’s Lobster BBQ’ and was hosted by Bella Restaurant Dubai’s Award Winning Executive Chef Alessandro Miceli, Head Chef Nicholas Reina and Bella Restaurant Dubai’s General Manager Stefano Bassanese. The event was Classic Fine Foods UAE’s first ever series where a gastronomical Lobster feast shortly followed.
Régis Bertrand, the General Manager of Classic Fine Foods UAE warmly welcomed James Knight, Hattem Matter from The Mattar Farm Dubai as well as Ruya Dubai’s Colin Clague. Also featured in the line up of distinguished guests was the CEO and CFO of Classic Fine Foods, Christophe Barret and Asad Omar.
The highlight of the event was Bella Restaurant Dubai’s specialty: The Canadian Blue Lobster a.k.a The King of Lobsters which was housed in a dedicated tank used as a center décor piece at the Rooftop Restaurant in Dubai.
The guests delighted in the Lobster feast at Chef's Lobster BBQ. The feast featured Foie Gras genuisely enveloped inside a crafted tomato, Oysters, Lobster and hazelnut Crème Brule, Lobster Pasta and Lobster Ice Cream with Caviar. The guests were also spoilt with half a grilled Lobster and homemade Pistachio Ice Cream with olive oil to finish.
