The Dinner Club curated their latest rendez-vous on April 23 & 24 at the internationally renowned Akira Back, savoring exquisite Japanese dishes twisted with Korean essence, presented by Chef Giovanni Ledon.

 

With stunning views from the Bluewaters Ain to the Marina skyline, the terrace of Akira Back at the W Dubai, Palm Jumeirah served the Dinner Club guests the perfect al fresco ambiance for a last outdoor experience, before summer heat hits.

 

 

 

 

Chef Giovanni Ledon demonstrated culinary finesse and excellence with special Akira Back dishes like the famous Tuna Pizza & Akira Back’s signature makis.

 

It is no surprise that Akira Back surpasses all expectations when it comes to Japanese cuisine and this recognition is highly due to Chef Giovanni's touch.

 

 

 

 

The night ended on a sweet note with an amazing chocolate mille-feuille.
