Elrow, the renowned global techno and house music festival, is returning to Dubai with a massive event on May 17th, setting the stage for top-tier Rowlympic Games-style performances. The previous edition of Elrow took on the wave of rave and burst into this city with their loudest & upbeat tunes, extravagant visuals on their kaleidoscopic stage, and show-stopping colorful confetti. Dubai Dance District is organizing the event and is ready to take the city on a journey that goes above and beyond last year's edition.
