Led by acclaimed Chef Timofey Sulima, FLØR introduces a distinctive gastronomic experience that seamlessly blends simplicity with a personal touch. At just 24 years old, Chef Timofey became the youngest chef to receive the prestigious Bib Gourmand recognition from the MICHELIN Guide Moscow in 2022. Now, he brings his culinary artistry to Dubai, presenting a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates refined flavors and innovative pairings.

Every Saturday and Sunday, you can indulge in an exclusive brunch experience from 12PM till 4PM, where classic dishes are reimagined with unexpected flavor combinations, paired with a selection of expertly crafted cocktails.
