If you haven't done the "Imaginary Future" show yet, we're about to give you all the reasons why you're missing out.
From the moment you enter KRASOTA, all 5 senses are stimulated and that's when we knew, a sensory-rich culinary experience awaited. "Imaginary Future" is their latest venture and we dived deep into the new show made up of 7 courses each revealing a story. This is where haute cuisine, visual art, creativity and exclusivity come to play together as we were transported into an out-of-this-world experience.
Imagine you can envision how the future looks like and all the "what ifs" come falling down on you, that was exactly the vibe that entranced us as we were seated down. As the name implies, the theme of this dinner show is about unfolding 7 imaginary scenarios reflecting human's development. We explored many worlds in one go.
Each course had a label/mood/ambiance/flavor, and these were all 7: Space, Chimera, Apocalypse, Underwater, Cyberpunk, Artificial Intelligence & Eternal Life. Paired with pixel-perfect animation and interactive real-time games, we couldn't wait to dig in and to venture from one world to another. The music was very much on point too.
People discovered SPACE, and it was good.
The first dish we had was Space, made out of Tuna, Caviar, Sea Urchin, Miso Soup. Inspired by movies like "Solaris", "Star Wars" and "Cosmic Odyssey", this dish paid homage to outer-space with flavors that transcend Earth itself.
If you're a vegeterian, you are going to love this one..
People ceated CHIMERAS and replaced industries with them.
This was a delectable plant-based meat dish served with mushrooms. With Imaginary Future Sounds in the background, this scene put us in touch with nature and its elements, in a technologically-advanced way. We're talking about modifying DNA of plants, harvesting beverages directly from designer plants and techniques that will blow your mind.
People conquered the oceans, and it was good - UNDERWATER.
The seafood lover in us was rejoicing to the taste of Scallop, Sea Urchin and Sea Grape we savored, inspired by the ocean world.
CYBERPUNK - Homo digital created a city of sins.
As we moved to a world where technolohy and biology came together, we enjoyed the Tubers with Shiro Ebi, Huancaína and Finger Lime dish.
People violated the commandments, and it was bad - APOCALYPSE.
In this scene, the rules of time were broken. With Erase & Rewind by The Cardigans playing in the background, we tasted the apocalyptic dish made of Cabbage, Cassava and Pineapple. Simply divine.
People entered the matrix and it was the end - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
A ratatouille dish that took us on a rollercoaster of delicious flavors as we entered the superintelligent world, a level of AI that surpasses human intelligence across all domains.
and for the perfect finish...People left their bodies, and it was good - Eternal Life!
For a perfect circle, closing the cycle made out of the 7 different worlds all intertwined together, we broke free from the matrix and indulged in the tastes of the Matcha Ice Cream, Mango & Feijoa.
This night of culinary harmony was the spectacular work of the two visionary chefs, Vladimir Mukhin and Ariel Moscardi, who came together for an exclusive one-night-only 4-hands dinner, binding flawlessly KRASOTA's immersive storytelling with the eco-conscious, farm-to-table philosophy of Cultiva.
This exchange of minds, flavors, and cultures brought about this exceptional experience of the "Imaginary Future" show. And we cannot emphasize the grandeur of this evening.
