Overlooking Dubai’s infamous skyline with 180° terrace views, Ruby Ru welcomes guests to savour a relaxed sunset dining experience or enjoy a buzzing evening on the Creek.
Opening its doors on Wednesday, February 19th, the new venue marks the latest addition to AlphaMind, a strategic partnership between ADMO Lifestyle Holding and Addmind, the leading lifestyle and entertainment group. Drawing from French joie de vivre, Ruby Ru by Iris is a ‘café du soir’ rooted in a love of life’s simplest pleasures.
Perched on an expansive terrace set against Dubai’s skyline, the concept welcomes guests through an arched entrance and into a lavish open-air space with an inviting bar and chic dining area. The décor evokes effortless elegance, with a thoughtful mix of materials including marbles, woods, and fabrics inspired by Parisian charm and luxury.
As for the menu, Ruby Ru offers indulgent French-Japanese cuisine featuring an array of comforting dishes such as Wagyu Beef Sando and Octopus Tiradito or, for mains, Japanese-Style Hot Stone Steak and Whole Sea Bass.
Ruby Ru by Iris is also launching a weekly programme of signature events, and Ruby’s Ladies Night is filled with little pleasures.
Get together with your girls and embrace the elegant simplicité of Ruby Ru’s stunning creekside view while you sip on signature cocktails and enjoy delectable cuisine – Ruby’s idea of perfection.
Every Thursday from 7PM till 11PM ‘Ruby’s Night’ at Ruby Ru’s offers a main course with free-flowing wine and cocktails for AED 120 while their resident DJ and skyline views make for the most charming evening. This ladies’ package features delicious French-Japanese cuisine with mains like Truffle Pasta, Pan-Seared Chicken and Uramaki. For AED 40 per dish, you can add a starter from their wide selection of flavourful bites and for the ultimate indulgence, upgrade to the ‘Precious Ruby’ package for AED 165 including a decadent main dish of Steak Frites, Moules Frites or Sea Bass Tempura along with free-flowing wine and cocktails. And to top it all off, delight in a bottle of prosecco at a special price of AED 110.

Dis-moi, is there anything better than gathering for a meal, toasting to the beaming sun and embracing life’s magic? Saturday from 1PM to 5PM, Ruby Ru’s delightful brunch experience comes complete with their signature French-Japanese cuisine, a live cocktail station and drinks packages all starting at AED 300. As daylight shines across the skyline and DJ beats fill the air, you step onto Ruby Ru’s charming terrace and help yourself to an ice-cold ‘Ruby’s Spritz’.
And of course, the night isn't complete without a glorious happy hour and Ruby’s Hour is an ode to nature’s best work of art!
From Sunday to Friday from 4PM to 8PM and enjoy special prices with their Ruby’s Hour beverage menu including cocktails, spirits, house wine and beer. And in true Parisian spirit, they're offering some of their finest wine bottles at reduced rates. Ruby’s Hour is also a time to sway to DJ beats while you catch up with friends. That’s where their cocktail pitchers come in. Meant to be shared in a group, these unique pitchers serve four people with the signature Ruby’s Sangria or their delicious Basil, Nettle & Cucumber Smash.
