MOE’S IN WINTER, a 13-track compilation featuring internationally acclaimed artists like Seth Troxler, Parallelle, Dennis Cruz and other global artists that performed at Moe’s, reflects Dubai, Berlin and London’s vibrant musical energies. It's now out for your streaming pleasure.
The first album reveals MOE’S RECORDS’ exploration of new textures, influences and melodies. Drawing inspiration from cinema, communities surrounding Moe’s locations and avant-garde electronic composers who are on the record label curators’ radar, the album pushes creative boundaries while embracing the signature sounds of the lounge bars and maintaining the soulful, elegant essence that has made the locations familiar and well-respected in the international electronic music scene.
The album debuted at a 3-city simultaneous party, with the Dubai launch headlined by Hoolz / Joep Mencke / Bachir Salloum!
Trailblazing Dutch artist Joep Mencke graced the decks of Moe's on the 5th in celebration of the album release which is highlighted by his single "Nice To Meet You", a collaboration with fellow-Dutch artist Ben Juno. Renowned for his emotive and textured productions, Joep Mencke crafts a rich sonic landscape that perfectly complements Ben Juno's distinctive vocals.
