Salvaje Dubai – A Fusion of Japanese Tradition and Innovation
Salvaje Dubai, known for its bold and modern take on Japanese cuisine, has curated a special seasonal menu under the expert guidance of Chef Michel De Barros. This 5-course dinner invites guests to indulge in a beautifully balanced fusion of traditional Japanese flavors and contemporary culinary innovation.
From the first course to the last, each dish is thoughtfully prepared to reflect Salvaje's dedication to creating refined yet approachable dining experiences. Among the highlights of the menu are Roasted Duck Ramen, a rich and savory dish that blends the warmth of ramen with the depth of flavor from the roasted duck. Hamachi Tartare offers a delicate balance of freshness and luxury, and Beluga Caviar adds a touch of elegance to the meal, elevating the overall dining experience. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai with iconic views of the Burj Khalifa, Arrogante offers the perfect setting for a festive meal surrounded by elegance and cheer.
Arrogante’s exclusive seasonal menu features beloved Italian dishes with a refined twist. Start with Penne alla Trapani, a traditional pasta dish made with the freshest ingredients, offering a beautiful balance of savory and tangy flavors. The Rigatoni al Forno brings the heartwarming essence of baked pasta, with rich layers of cheese and sauce, creating a comforting and flavorful dish perfect for the holiday season.
