Emaar strikes again, this time with new Super Tower plans that seem to challenge our already existing world-record breaking Burj Khalifa and eclipsing upcoming developments such as Burj Azizi that are yet to see the light...or height.
According to the news revealed thus far, it will be the world’s second tallest building, rivaling the 829.8 m tall Burj Khalifa and beating Burj Azizi to the title claim, which is planned to be a 725-metre skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road when constructions are executed, which is shorter than Burj Khalifa by a slightly indistinctive 100 m.

Location, exact height and such details are yet to be disclosed; however potential designs seem to be in consideration. Interestingly enough, possible locations could include the Dubai Creek project, and this indication is a result of the plans already in the making for a mega tower, or potentially close to Burj Khalifa.
Are these towers the one and the same? Or are they two completely irrelevant architectural new Dubai marvels? As it would naturally be expected, the super-tower would exude luxury, with a focus on offices, hotels and leisure facilities.

The word on the street is that...
This kind of design and construction would be of an unprecedented kind in the world in design and height. “This tower would be the biggest thing built not just in Dubai but the world since the Burj Khalifa. We have done it once, so we know better than anyone how to do it twice.” according to Arabian Business's source.
