Led by acclaimed Chef Cyril Lignac, Bar des Prés, will be serving a sophisticated fusion of Franco-East Asian creations to Dubai’s dining scene. The charming Lignac will be incorporating exceptional, seasonal ingredients while treading the traditional techniques path. Here's a glimpse of the dishes to expect and what the menu holds in culinary riches: Green Asparagus with Caramelised Miso, Crunchy Crab & Avocado Galette with Madras, and Native Lobster Salad with Strawberries, Elderflower & Fresh Almond. Going back to the roots with the dessert menu, as Lignac has curated French classics like Guanaja Chocolate Soufflé and Pecan Praline Mille-Feuille. The restaurant will boast a Parisian-inspired dining area.
