So here's the deal Dubai: bring a lime and get a free Mai Tai Cocktail. Quite simple right? That's what's up at Trader Vic's JBR & The Palm Jumeirah on Friday, August 30 in celebration of National Mai Tai Day! And it doesn't stop here.

 

You came in, you brought the lime, you got your free Mai Tai. Are you up for AED10 worth of the legendary Mai Tai? You're gonna want to stick around as each Mai Tai you get afterwards will be priced at only AED10 until 10PM.

 

 

 

 

Let's test your knowledge right here! It's no secret that Trader Vic's is the home of the OG Mai Tai - but did you also know that Victor Bergeron – better known as Trader Vic’s – is the man behind the sweet and potent concoction that is the Mai Tai, born 80 years ago in 1944? So prep yourselves to taste legendary cocktails Dubai on Friday the 30th of August! We do not take Mai Tai Day lightly around here. 

 

While you can start bargaining the lime for mai tai as of 5PM, the 10AED Mai Tai's will be served from 8PM till 10PM. We'll be savoring Mai Tai creations including The Original Mai Tai, San Francisco Mai Tai (made famous by Trader Vic’s SF-based bartenders), Maui Tai (pineapple-infused Mai Tai), Vodka Tai, Guava Tai and Passion Tai. 

 

 

 

 

As you're downing those delicious Mai Tai's, no celebration would be complete without entertainment and delicious pu pu platters. Expect to dance the night away with live entertainment island hits by the inhouse talented band, while enjoying the best Polynesian cuisine the city has to offer!
