Slated to open in 2029, the ultra-luxury resort will offer 50 luxurious villas and also feature the regions first floating villas. Welcome to the Ritz-Carlton's first reserve in the UAE! The exclusivity is real - this is to be part of the worldwide rare collection of the Ritz-Carlton reserves chain.

 

In an exciting announcement, the Vice President of Lodging Development - Europe, Middle East & Africa at Marriott International, Saahil Lalit signed off the Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Ramhan Island, Abu Dhabi's agreement with the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, Eagle Hills UAE. Massive news for the region. 

 

 

 

 

The Ritz-Carlton Reserve currently features a rare collection of seven properties in destinations including Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia, Puerto Rico and Mexico. With this massive new venture with the UAE, the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve at the exclusive waterfront destination of Ramhan Island, Abu Dhabi will feature 50 private villas, including the region's first floating villas.

 

 This project will set new standards in ultra-luxury hospitality and is expected to open in 2029.

 

 

 

 

The secluded island will be home to the region’s first Maldives-like floating villas with unobstructed waterfront views and to a marina with a yacht club, boutiques, restaurants and more.
