The Azizi Venice in Dubai South will soon host the city's second opera house, a floating masterpiece by Azizi Developments.
The Azizi Venice Opera House, much like the iconic Dubai Opera in Downtown Dubai, promises to be a spectacular venue for world-renowned musicals, operas, concerts, and ballets. With a striking golden exterior, the opera house will be situated in the heart of Azizi Venice, surrounded by the Crystal Lagoon and a stunning dancing fountain. This state-of-the-art venue will boast 2,000 seats, offering culture aficionados in Dubai a grand stage for a variety of performances, from musicals and comedy shows to ballet and more.

Beyond its primary function as a performance center, the Azizi Venice Opera House will also cater to private events such as wedding ceremonies and exclusive theatre productions. Visitors can explore the Opera House Museum, which will provide insights into the construction and history of this remarkable performing arts center.
Azizi Venice is set to become a vibrant community, featuring a luxurious, pedestrian-friendly boulevard. This innovative space will be open-air during the cooler winter months and glass-covered in the summer, ensuring a comfortable shopping and entertainment experience year-round. The boulevard will host top retailers, nightlife and entertainment options, and a variety of eateries.
Additionally, the community will be home to two five-star hotels and one boutique hotel, all nestled around the scenic lagoon.
While no specific completion date has been announced for the AED 30 billion megaproject, estimates suggest that the Azizi Venice Opera House could be ready anytime between 2025 and 2028.
