Next year, the hotel will welcome CARBONE, a famous Italian restaurant from New York that has won the hearts of celebrities and food enthusiasts alike.

CARBONE first opened its doors over a decade ago in Manhattan and quickly became known for its delicious classic Italian dishes like veal parmesan and linguine vongole. Since then, it has become a go-to spot for big names like Victoria Beckham, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, and Drake. Now, CARBONE is ready to bring its star-studded charm to Dubai.

The restaurant will aim to wow Dubai diners with its signature style, which includes tuxedo-clad waiters and a dining room that takes you back to 1950s New York City.

CARBONE is already popular in the Middle East, with locations in Doha, Qatar, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While we don't know the exact opening date yet, it's expected to welcome guests in early 2025.

Atlantis the Royal, located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, opened in 2022 and is already home to 18 amazing restaurants. One of these is Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, which was named the best restaurant of 2024. The addition of CARBONE will make the dining experience at Atlantis the Royal even more special for Dubai's food enthusiasts.
