Dubai is set to welcome the world's tallest residential tower with Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, a project by luxury hospitality brand Six Senses.
Partnering with Dubai-based developer Select Group, the 122-storey tower will house 251 residences designed with a focus on wellness and holistic living. Among its amenities is a stunning lap pool located on the 109th-floor sky deck.
This marks Six Senses' second venture in Dubai, following the ongoing construction of Six Senses The Palm, slated to open later this year. The brand's expansion underscores its commitment to delivering ultra-luxury experiences centered around well-being. With its innovative design and wellness-centric approach, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina aims to redefine upscale living in the heart of Dubai's vibrant Marina district.
The residences will offer two- to four-bedroom apartments and luxurious sky mansions in four- and five-bedroom layouts.
Reflecting the brand's hotel roots, amenities like Sleep with Six Senses features and wellness wardrobes stocked with fitness equipment will enhance residents' well-being.
Wellness facilities include a longevity center, cryotherapy chambers, a crystal sound healing room, and a spa area, with a standout 25-meter lap pool on the 109th-floor sky deck. Social spaces like a games room, cinema, and lounges will foster community engagement. Renderings and pricing details are yet to be released by Six Senses.

Before introducing their Marina residences that will redefine luxury living in Dubai Marina, Six Senses will launch a 60-key resort and 162 branded residences on Palm Jumeirah. Six Senses The Palm will feature the UAE’s inaugural Six Senses Place, the brand's celebrated wellness and social club.
