London's famous restaurant China Tang is coming to Dubai!

 

 

Foodies of Dubai, be ready to get your Chinese cravings fixed and prepare for the arrival of one of the globe's renowned upscale Chinese eateries in Dubai!

 

Another Chinese restaurant will be added to Dubai's array of Chinese dining options as China Tang is set to open soon at The Lana, Dorchester Collection Dubai, located in Business Bay, offering Cantonese fine dining. This Middle Eastern debut is ideally situated, mirroring the original London establishment nestled in the iconic Dorchester Hotel. Featuring mouthwatering dimsum selections and signature dishes such as the flavorful char siu, ma po tofu, yu xiang Aubergine, and the impeccably roasted peking duck, the China Tang menu highlights centuries of culinary mastery and honors the craftsmanship of Chinese cooking.

 

Drawing inspiration from the art-deco era of 1930s Shanghai, this elegant Cantonese restaurant is celebrated for its traditional Chinese and Cantonese delicacies, including its renowned signature dish, the Peking Duck. We eagerly anticipate exploring the menu at the forthcoming Dubai location of this esteemed establishment.

 

 

Renowned for its iconic interiors, the restaurant boasts a maximalist Art Deco aesthetic, featuring elaborate design elements showcased in hand-painted tapestries and classic thread-bound manuscripts. In London, its private dining rooms have welcomed esteemed guests ranging from model Kate Moss to British Royal Princess Eugenie. While the Dubai venue's appearance remains a mystery, we anticipate encountering some notable personalities at China Tang Dubai.

 

 

China Tang originally debuted in London in 2005 before branching out to Hong Kong and Beijing. It is under the umbrella of Lai Sun Dining, a subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based Lai Sun Group, renowned for operating esteemed restaurants across Hong Kong and globally representing the China Tang brand.

 

 

When China Tang Dubai debuts at The Lana, it will enhance the diverse array of dining options, including rooftop bar High Society and Mediterranean restaurant Riviera by chef Jean Imbert, and Jara by chef Martín Berasategui.
