You can see Pompeii hit-makers Bastille in Dubai on Wednesday, November 1 at 8.30 PM, with tickets starting from Dhs199. Initially starting as a solo music project by vocalist Dan Smith, the band expanded to have four members in 2010 and the group we know today was born.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is back for another year. The seventh edition of the annual event encourages people to take part in 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days. Music legend Nile Rodgers and his band CHIC will be belting out tunes at JBR’s Bla Bla this November. Early bird tickets will be available on Saturday, September 9, for the event that will take place on Saturday, November 4, for Dhs299. Doors will open at 5 PM and attendees will be treated to the sounds of talented DJs and an incredible support band ahead of the main event. Nile Rodgers and CHIC will take the stage later in the evening and will finish up at around 10:30 PM.
