Born in the UAE, the Dubai-based hospitality leader holds a Commonwealth of Dominica nationality and earned a Master's degree with distinction in Touristic Establishments and Business Administration from the University of Economics and Management in Larissa, Greece. Abou Assali's journey in the hospitality industry began in Greece, where he secured several roles in prominent hotels, before making his mark in the UAE.
HIS PAST
In 2008, Abou Assali joined the prestigious Rotana Hotel Group, where he expanded his horizons across the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. His commitment to excellence led him to the Pragma group, where he achieved remarkable success as the General Manager of the renowned Cavalli Club. Under his leadership, the club received numerous awards and achieved record-breaking profits.
Apart from Cavalli Club, Abou Assali has served as General Manager, Managing Director, and Consultant for various establishments in Dubai, including Triple Q Group, Storm Club, Papa Dubai, Blu Dubai, Play Restaurant, Vision Dubai, and more. He also played a pivotal role in launching Cavalli Club in Puerto Banus, Marbella, as part of an international joint venture with Sisu Boutique.

SOT Dubai, located in Al Jaddaf, offers a fusion of gastronomy, lounge experiences, and a nightclub. Inspired by the Arabic word for 'sound,' SOT is divided into four distinct sections, each offering a unique experience.

He served as Vice President of Operations at White Label-Pragma Group, overseeing seven prestigious venues with a team of over 250 employees.
