Hosted on the outdoor patio on select dates between April 23rd to May 7th, Lola Taberna Espanola's expert Chef Daniel will demonstrate the art of preparing an authentic paella, showcasing special techniques and ingredients to create the perfect dish, from selecting the right rice to choosing the freshest seafood and vegetables. The masterclass menu will feature a range of flavoursome options, including black, vegetable, and mixed paellas, catering to each guest’s preference. As part of the experience, visitors can enjoy a selection of favoured virgin Sangrias whilst experiencing a vibrant Spanish atmosphere.
