Dubai's social scene has befriended the contemporary Nikkei restaurant on the 12th floor of Address Fountain Views. NAZCAA has claimed to showcase unparalleled luxury Peruvian flavours infused with Japanese culinary genius... including a stunning visage of Dubai's best views of Downtown Dubai. Safe to say, that this claim was very well accomplished.

Intimacy was the highlight of this dining experience, a handcrafted culinary fantasy, just like its cutlery. Designed by Dubai's architectural elite, ZN Era, Nazcaa's decor was kissed by South-Peruvian influences. The restaurant was dressed with geometric patterns with animal-esque design inclusions that uplifted the Peruvian essence of this dining affair.  

 

Bathed in sultry deep-house beats with chill undertones, the Downtown Dubai venue was dimly lit in a sultry setting... giving intimacy a whole new meaning. Ideal for a date night or Valentine's Day celebration, NAZCAA is the spot for love to blossom.  In contrast to its cosy indoor dining area, the glittery alfresco terrace boasted expansive Burj views that were enhanced by the blue hues of the *breathtaking* infinity pool. There is no doubt that the skyline views took centerstage at Nazcaa... Instagrammable was an understatement.

The Nasu No Ninniku Gyoza with balsamic caviar was a clear winner with the Black Katsu Sando as the runner-up. Waste no time digging into mains at this Pervisuan-Japanese hotspot. Indulge in main courses: Corn-fed Baby Chicken Spicy miso, chimichurri sauce as well as the Arroz Chaufa Assorted seafood, garlic shoots, and aji Amarillo. Thank us later. Something sweet to compliment the savoury? 2 dishes stood out. Tuck into the Yuzu mousse concoction, the Andean Yuzu Tartlet, made with corn crackers, Andean tartlet and a toasty meringue.

 

Give your cameras a show with the Coconut Parfait. The stunningly delicious dish was served vivaciously in a coconut and drizzled with Passion fruit granita to keep you on your toes.
