We started the Argentinian National Week celebration at Asado with one of Argentina's most iconic dishes: the Locro, a squash stew cooked with meat and beans, paired with fresh bread and the silkiest butter. A great starter that got our mouths watering for more.
After the Locro, get your senses ready for a fresh batch of Pareja De Empanadas served with a delicious dipping sauce to get your tastebuds ready for a feast. Pair this fantastic Argentinian starter with a glass of white wine and take in the Burj view right before you... simply divine.
Argentina is known worldwide for its high-quality beef. Taking into consideration that the word 'Asado' literally means grill or roast, this main course is why meat lovers need to check out this culinary gem in Dubai. Unleash your inner meat-lover at the sights of the beautifully cooked dish in front of you: the Argentinian Black Angus Striploin sitting on a bed of potato Gratin with herbs and Parmesan, accompanied by a creamy carrot Puree as well as a side serving of Chimichurri sauce.
